Q Why Should I use Al Brooks Tickets?

A Al Brooks Tickets is a fourth generation company and the west’s oldest ticket service. We have been serving the public for over 95 years in only our third location all within downtown Los Angeles. We guarantee our prices to be highly competitive and service second to none.

 

Q Why do my tickets sometimes have someone else’s name on them?

A Tickets are purchased from various sources and may have the name of the season ticket holder or original purchaser on them. They are perfectly valid for your use.

 

Q Why was I charged more then the price printed on the tickets?

A We are in the secondary ticket market. The “face value” of the ticket is generally the original price of that ticket. We buy and sell tickets based on their market value, not their face value.

 

Q Can you reprint tickets that I can no longer locate?

A Most tickets today can be reprinted. Problems may occur and we cannot be responsible should the original and reprinted set of tickets be presented to gain admission. For that reason tickets should be carefully stored. There are occasionally exceptions that tickets cannot be reprinted or replaced.

 

Q What happens if my event is postponed?

A In the case of postponed events, your tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date your tickets can be returned, within seven days of notification, for a full refund in most cases. There are exceptions to this policy.

 

Q What happens if my event is cancelled?

A In the case of cancelled events, you will receive a full refund (less shipping) upon return of the tickets.

 

Q Can I cancel my order?

A All sales are final. We will, however, use our best efforts to resell your tickets and refund based upon the final sales price to a new buyer. If we are unable to resell your tickets, no refund will be offered.

 

Q How do I know the tickets I receive are authentic?

A We guarantee every ticket we sell to be 100% valid or your money back.

 

Q Does your website list everything you sell?

A Our website has an extensive list of events across the country however we excel at obtaining special event tickets locally, domestically and worldwide. Call us with any ticket request. We will use every effort to make it happen.

 

Q Is it possible to split my payment among multiple methods of payment?

A Yes. We are happy to take multiple credit cards, checks or even cash.
